The 2010 NCN District Council Connection will be held April 19-21, 2010 in Sacramento at Capital Christian Center. Pre-registration is being offered for your convenience. 
All pre-registration forms must be postmarked or processed online by April 2, 2010.  Please help us serve you by doing this now:
1. Online at: Register On-line
• District Council registration form and fee
• Food Court Ticket form and fee
Or -
2. Complete the registration form: 2010_DC_-_Registration_Form.pdf
Each person must register on a separate form. Mail with the following:
• District Council registration form and fee
• Food Court Ticket form and fee
• Childcare form and fee (This form must be postmarked by March 26 for staffing.  (This form cannot be submitted online.)
Mail the envelope postmarked no later than April 2, 2010; March 26 postmark for childcare.

SENIOR PASTORS PLEASE NOTE: Article Two, Section One, E, 4, of the Bylaws provides:
• A General Council affiliated assembly may select two delegates to represent the assembly.
• A District affiliated assembly may select one delegate to represent the assembly.
• A Delegate should be chosen in advance of the District Council Connection.
• A Delegate should be at least 21 years of age.
• A Delegate must have written documentation with the signature of the pastor or the church corporate secretary to establish the delegate status.

Who Can Vote?

ELIGIBLE VOTERS:
1. Ordained Ministers in good standing
2. Licensed Ministers in good standing
3. Certified Ministers serving as senior pastors and in good standing
4. Delegates:
• General Council churches may designated two delegates
•  District affiliated churches may designate one delegate
5. Non-credentialed members of District boards and standing committees
6. Non-credentialed Senior Pastors of General Council churches
7. Non-credentialed Senior Pastors of District affiliated churches
NON VOTERS:
•Certified Ministers who are NOT senior pastors
•Visitors
