This year’s Honorbound Men’s Conference, with a theme of “Heroes - Becoming God’s Mighty Men,” is scheduled for March 24-25 at Harvest Church in Elk Grove, California. Online registration is available until midnight (Pacific time) on Wednesday, March 22.
With several dynamic speakers, a Friday morning Equipping Session with Superintendent James Braddy, golf tournament, motorcycle run, shooting venues, and the ever-popular car and motorcyle show, this year’s conference promises to be one of the best ever!

Speakers
Jim Braddy
Jim Braddy currently serves as Superintendent for the Northern California and Nevada District of the Assemblies of God. Prior to his election at the 2004 District Council, he served as the Assistant Superintendent/World Missions Director for seven years and as Director of Church Development and Education for five years. Ordained since 1970, he has been a part of the Northern California Nevada District since 1982. Previously Reverend Braddy served in various pastoral positions throughout California, Alaska and the Northwest, including three years as Campus Life Director for Youth for Christ in Portland, Oregon. Jim and his wife, Judi, met at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and have been married for 37 years. Together they have three grown sons and four amazing grandchildren. Superintendent Braddy will be sharing with us in a special equipping session on Friday morning. You won’t want to miss this extra opportunity to grow deeper in Christ.
Samuel Huddleston
Samuel Huddleston was elected Assistant Superintendent of the NCN District in April 2004. He has served as pastor of Lighthouse Covenant Fellowship in Benicia, California, since 1993. The church started in the Huddleston's home with several families. Today it is a thriving congregation — a mosaic of many cultures. Samuel has shared his testimony with thousands, reminding them that God has the power to put broken lives back together again. His autobiography, Five Years to Life, has touched many families across America and the world, giving them hope for a new beginning. Presently he is studying for his Doctorate of Ministry degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is scheduled to graduate in May 2006. Samuel and Linda have three adult, married children; Royce, Andre, and Ericka. They have 8 grandchildren. Pastor Huddleston will be sharing with us in the second
plenary session on Saturday morning.
Randy Greer
Pastor Randy Greer, Senior Pastor of Trinity Life Center in Las Vegas, was recently appointed to serve as the District HonorBound Men's Ministries Director for 2006. He has assumed this part-time position while continuing to serve as Senior Pastor at Trinity Life Center. Randy has been the Senior Pastor of Trinity Life Center since May of 1995. A 1978 graduate of Vanguard University, he spent three years playing professional baseball as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies organization. For ten years he was a youth pastor in Southern California, before coming to Las Vegas as Senior Associate Pastor in 1990. He is married to Pam, the love of his life, and together they have raised three wonderful daughters — Brandie, Ashley and Lindsey. Pastor Randy will be sharing with us in the third plenary session where we will be honoring and recognizing those who have served in the armed forces, police officers, firemen and correctional officers. Please join us for this special presentation.
Donnie Moore
Donnie Moore is the founder and director of Radical Reality, an evangelistic ministry based in Stockton. He was saved while attending the University of Pacific in Stockton, and began a Bible study with five students on the campus in 1982. This college ministry grew to 300 people by 1986, and still exists today. Through his ministry, Donnie speaks face-to-face to over 400,000 teenagers each year. Through camps, youth conventions, on high school and college campuses, Donnie has a unique gift and anointing to communicate Christ’s love to young people. Donnie is also the chaplain for the Oakland A's baseball team. He brings a message of destiny, challenge, and hope to motivate, impact, and challenge each listener to seek a closer walk with God. Donnie will be sharing with us in the first plenary session on Friday night.
Earl Smith
Chaplain Earl Smith currently serves as the Chaplain for the San Francisco Forty Niners and the Golden State Warriors. He has also served as Chaplain for the San Francisco Giants. Chaplain Smith also currently serves as the Protestant Chaplain for San Quentin State Prison. At the age of 27, he was the youngest person ever hired in that capacity by the California Department of Corrections. He was recognized as the "National Correctional Chaplain of the Year" in 2000 for his work at San Quentin. In response to the number of children represented by incarcerated males, a Fatherhood Enrichment and Male Accountability program was organized. The goal was to make fathers see the need in having an impact in the lives of their offspring. He and his wife also founded a program designed to give children of inmates an opportunity to leave their communities and unite with other children facing similar challenges. Earl and his wife, Angel, have four children, Ebony, Earl Jr., Tamara and Franklin. The ministry of Earl Smith is known across the nation. He has appeared on several broadcasts including HBO, CNN, The 700 Club, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and The Discovery Channel. Earl has been featured in publications such as People's Weekly, Ministry Today, Newsweek, Ebony, Christianity Today, Guidepost and Time. Chaplain Smith will be sharing with us in the closing session on Saturday afternoon.
Ron Mason
Ron is the worship pastor and leader from Harvest Church, Elk Grove. Together with the church's worship team and band, Ron will be leading our times of corporate praise and worship.

Morning Equipping Session with Superintendent Jim Braddy
"Heroes Are Made Not Born"
Jim Braddy will share his heart in three areas during this early morning equipping session: The Key of Integrity, The Key of Purity, and The Key of Power. The session will be in the Activity Center of Harvest Church. Don't miss it. There is a $10.00 materials fee.
Golf Tournament
Castle Oaks Golf Club in Ione, an 18-hole, par 71 championship layout, is the location for the 2006 NCN HonorBound Golf Tournament. The format will be four-man scramble and golfers of all levels are encouraged to participate. Prior registration is required, no later than March 13. Collared shirts are required. No jeans, please. Soft spikes only. Cost is $85.00.
Sacramento Valley Shooting Center
- Sport Clay Shoot Tournament, $30.00 per person

Beautiful trophies for EACH category! The Sacramento Valley Shooting Center, 15501 Meiss Road, Sloughhouse, California, is located south of Sacramento. Bring your favorite gun(s), no rental guns are available. Trigger lock(s) strongly recommended. Ammunition may be purchased (good prices), or bring your own. Eye and ear protection required — bring your own or rent. Bring your own archery gear. Pre-registration is required by March 13. Spectators may also attend.
Run for the Lost — 2006 NCN HBMM Conference Motorcycle Run
Get guys from your riding club involved! All riders will meet at 2:00 p.m. at Harvest Church, Elk Grove, for the information and pre-run safety meeting. Cost is $20.00 with all excess funds going toward Light for the Lost, the Assemblies of God men's ministry outreach that provides funding for printing evangelism literature and Bibles. We need 15 riders pre-registered by March 13 to avoid ride cancellation.
Saturday Activities
Car & Motorcycle Show
12th Annual Show and Shine Car Show to be held rain or shine! It will be located in the north parking area of the church. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and judging concludes at 12:00 noon. There will be dash plaques and beautiful trophies in various categories. Awards will be presented outside after the judging. All those who own motorcycles are invited to show them off as part of the 12th Annual Show and Shine. A designated area will be marked for motorcycles. Registration fee $15.00.
