Each year, we need several energetic and enthusiastic young women to help us lead campers at our two District camps. Please prayerfully consider if there is a young lady in your church that would like to participate and pass this information on .... perhaps someone who is interested in working in Children’s Ministry, a Master’s Commission student, a youth leader, etc. that would like to spend a week or two ministering to Missionettes. After each camp, qualified Spirit Girls will receive a letter of recommendation that can be useful in future ministry opportunities.

The qualities we’re looking for: a great, big smile, great communications skills, able to work well with others, and able to carry out instructions.

The Spirit Girl duties include: arriving at camp one day early, being a Christ-like example to campers (having a good attitude and dressing appropriately — see individual camp registration form for complete guidelines), conducting cabin checks, helping to lead rallies and games, being an altar time prayer partner, and being a leader of a team.
