It is our desire to serve our District with distinctly practical tools and resources for the purpose and goal of helping all of our pastors achieve the highest level of “health” both personally and ministerially while serving in their unique setting.  With these goals in mind and with direction from our Superintendent Jim Braddy we are excited to share a brief summary of what our department is able to offer our District ministers and their churches.

• Steps to help in the transformation process for plateaued churches.
• Bringing about church culture metamorphosis without killing anyone.
• Connecting with the digital natives in your church, in spite of being a digital immigrant.
• Releasing the traditional “millstones” from around your leadership’s neck.
• Staff transitions or change that’s made in heaven instead of feeling like they’re straight from hell.
