This Year’s Guest Presenter, Nancie Carmichael has not only partnered with her husband in pastoral ministry, but has also, for many years, been involved in writing and publishing.  The author of seven books, Nancie is the former co-publisher and editor of Virture Magazine where she wrote articles, Bible studies and the “Deeper Life” column.  In addition, she has written for other magazines including Today’s Christian Woman, Christian Parenting Today, and Woman’s Touch.  In her own words, the message Nancie brings is “simply out of my own walk with God, out of my own fears, my own joys.  I have a growing awareness and conviction that He meets us where we need Him most.” 

Bill and Nancie make their home in Camp Sherman, Oregon, and are the parents of five married children and grandparents to nine.  Bill and Nancie both agree that being grandparents is the most fun the’ve ever had.  Nancie still finds time to speak at a variety of women’s conferences in the US and Canada.
